· Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty has acquired Real Living Eudailey Real Estate in Richmond, VA. This acquisition adds one office and 24 sales professionals to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.

· Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty has acquired Powell & Associates Real Estate, LLC of Punxsutawney. The brokerage now has more than 1,800 agents and 50 offices serving 22 counties in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio.

· Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Western Colorado Properties added a new location in Grand Junction, CO.

· Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Bay Street Realty Group of Beaufort, SC opened two new offices in Savannah, GA.

· Berlin, Germany-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Rubina Real Estate has expanded into Frankfurt — the nation’s fnancial capital — with a new office.
