Phil Sheridan is an expat veteran of the UAE, clocking up some 20+ years in the Gulf, starting with HSBC Investment Bank in Abu Dhabi before heading Standard Chartered International Private Clients Division in Dubai. In 2004 Phil founded a highly successful boutique real estate brokerage operation specialising in the then emerging Dubai property market, and received high profile accolades. In 2008 the business acquired the regional branding rights for the luxury real estate agency, Fine & Country International, and over 10 years the business became a major contributor to the Dubai real estate sector. In 2019, the most Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, appointed Phil as its CEO for Gulf Properties, a testament to his skill base in representing such an iconic brand. In consequence, the media regularly source Phil’s property market insights and he has been a key-note speaker at Government led conferences.
