Schedule in advance
Contact clients you think would be interested, let them know the time, date and property details a few days in advance PLUS advertise all over your social media. Make sure you’ve got a few friends and family there to ask some additional questions that you think your clients might be too shy to ask and get the hype building!

Articulate, take the time to answer the same question over and over again if needed. Your potential clients will appreciate the effort you put in.
Make sure your lighting is on point
Not just to show off your face, but to highlight the key points of your property. Showing a property over a video HAS to be done well and it has to be done right. The viewers and your potential clients need to see everything they would be investing in – or renting!

A friendly face is sometimes all it takes to build that rapport and show that you are warm, friendly and can be trusted to assist in making important decisions.
